How to charge an electric push mower on-the-fly?

My brother and I were thinking about starting a ‘green’ lawn service. We figure that will help us get some attention and in turn, more clients. But electric mowers only hold about an hour charge. What could we do to charge the mower on the fly? We don’t want anything too difficult to do. It would be ideal to have something like a power generator, but instead of running on gas, you plug it in overnight (and it would hold the charge). You could then put it in your car the next day and it would have an outlet on it so you could charge the mower. Or solar panels, but that might be a little difficult to do unless you say how to do it. Thanks for the help.

You can buy inverters that run from a car battery (12 volts DC) and output 120 VAC, the same as your house outlets. You could plug the charger for the mowers into this to charge them from your car battery.

If you don’t want to run down your car battery, you can have a separate battery just for the mowers recharge. But I don’t know what it takes to charge the mowers, and you may only be able to get a few mower charges out of a car battery.

Can you buy plug in batteries for the mower, like electric drills have?
